2. Information we process
We process account details such as your name, email address, organization and sign-in information; organization and workspace memberships, roles and invitations; and the project content you provide. This may include stakeholder details, objectives, risks, plans, training schedules, reports, documents, screenshots and other uploaded files. Service operation may also involve technical information such as connection information, error records and security logs.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure ALIGN, authenticate users, manage access, support collaboration, respond to requests, send service-related emails, troubleshoot problems and provide features you choose to use. We may also process information to comply with legal obligations and protect the service and our rights.
4. Organization and project sharing
ALIGN is a collaborative business service. Content is accessible to users authorized under the applicable organization, workspace and project permissions. Organization administrators can manage membership and access. Authorized account managers and service administrators may access information as needed to provide support and administer the service. Your organization may determine how its project data is used; contact its administrator as well as us when appropriate.
5. AI-assisted features
When you request AI assistance, relevant prompts, project records and other supplied content may be sent to service providers to produce drafts or suggestions. Outputs can be inaccurate and require human review. Avoid entering information you are not authorized to share, unnecessary personal data or highly sensitive information. This policy does not promise that every underlying provider has identical retention or model-training practices; contact us if your organization needs additional processing terms before using AI.
6. Service providers and integrations
We use providers for hosting, account access, storage, email delivery and AI processing, including Lovable Cloud and Lovable AI. Customer-authorized features may send content to other services, such as Gamma for presentation generation or connected agents and integrations. Providers process information to deliver their services subject to applicable agreements. External links open third-party sites governed by their own policies. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and service security, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
7. Cookies and browser storage
ALIGN uses cookies and browser storage for functions such as sign-in, selected workspaces, navigation preferences and locally saved presentation settings. Clearing storage may reset these preferences or sign you out. Browser settings let you manage cookies and storage, although blocking them may affect service functions. This policy makes no guarantee about tracking on linked third-party sites.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information as needed to provide the service, support customer relationships, meet legal obligations and address disputes or security needs. Archived projects and document version history are retained rather than automatically deleted. Removing a member does not necessarily remove shared project content. Deletion requests may require confirmation of identity and organizational authority; backups, legal requirements and legitimate retention needs may affect when all copies can be removed. We do not promise a fixed deletion timeline.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You can update available account information, manage access where authorized, and export content through available features. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Send requests to info@transformationlink.com; we may verify your identity and direct organization-controlled requests to the appropriate administrator. You may also have the right to contact your local privacy regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
10. Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system is completely secure. Protect your credentials, review access permissions and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Information may be processed outside your state or country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international processing, those requirements apply; this policy is not a representation of a particular certification or hosting location.
11. Business use and children
ALIGN is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 18. Do not submit children’s personal information unless your organization has an appropriate lawful basis and authorization. Contact us if you believe a child has provided account information.
12. Changes and contact
